Funny that Jen requires a $30 deposit to “draw up the design” for your tattoo, that she stole from Pinterest. And apparently was encouraged to do so by whoever is letting her tattoo in the first place. These girls should just stick to the permanent makeup — would recommend supporting a REAL artist if you want a tattoo. Not this place.
